Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Fastpure, we stand behind the quality of our work. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our sewing and tailoring services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns.

Inspection Upon Pickup

We strongly encourage you to inspect your garment thoroughly when you pick it up from our workshop. Please check:

  • The fit and measurements
  • The quality of alterations or repairs
  • Stitching and finishing details
  • Any specific requirements you requested

If you notice any issues during pickup, please inform us immediately. We will address concerns on the spot whenever possible.

Revisions and Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the completed work, we offer the following:

  • Free Revisions: We will make reasonable adjustments to correct any issues with our workmanship at no additional charge, provided you notify us within 7 days of pickup.
  • Minor Adjustments: Small adjustments such as additional hemming, minor fit corrections, or finishing touches will be completed free of charge.
  • Major Revisions: If significant rework is required due to our error, we will complete the necessary corrections at no additional cost.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues

To be eligible for free revisions or corrections, you must:

  • Report any issues within 7 days of picking up your garment
  • Return the garment in the same condition as when you received it
  • Provide clear details about what needs to be corrected

Issues reported after 7 days may still be addressed, but may be subject to additional charges depending on the circumstances.

What We Cannot Correct

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or free corrections for:

  • Changes to your original specifications after work has been completed
  • Damage that occurs after you have taken possession of the garment
  • Issues resulting from pre-existing damage not disclosed at drop-off
  • Dissatisfaction with alterations that were completed according to your original instructions
  • Normal wear and tear after the garment has been used
  • Issues with the original garment that were not caused by our work

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has been completed. However, in exceptional circumstances where we are unable to complete the work to your satisfaction and cannot make reasonable corrections, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

If you decide not to proceed with services after we have begun work, you may be charged for work already completed based on the time and materials invested.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request:

  • Before Work Begins: You may cancel without charge if you notify us before we begin working on your garment.
  • After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has started, you may be charged for work already completed.
  • Deposits: Any deposits paid for custom work may be non-refundable depending on the amount of work already completed.

Unclaimed Items

Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days after completion may be subject to storage fees or disposal. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking any action. Please pick up your completed items promptly to avoid any issues.

Damaged or Lost Items

While we take every precaution to protect your garments, in the rare event that an item is damaged or lost while in our care:

  • We will notify you immediately
  • We will work with you to find a fair resolution
  • Our liability is limited to the current value of the garment or the cost of the service, whichever is less
  • We maintain insurance coverage for such situations
